2007 and acknowledged on the 28th day of September, 2007, Charles R
Beck, an umarried person, executed and delivered a certain Deed of
Trust unto Southern Trust Title, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness
therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the
Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi in Book 448 at Page 421;
and
WHEREAS, on the 24th day of July, 2009,
the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Emily Kaye
Courteau as Trustee in said Deed of Trust, by instrument recorded in
the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument #2009003479;
and
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and
the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so
to do, on the 5th day of November, 2009, I will during the lawful hours
of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale
and will sell, at the south door of the Marshall County Courthouse at
Holly Springs, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the
following described land and property situated in Marshall County,
Mississippi, to-wit:
Lot 22, Phase 2, Summer Trails, Section 36, Township 2 South, Range 4
West, as shown on Plat of record in Plat File 1038A, in the Chancery
Clerk's office of Marshall County, Mississippi, to which plat reference
is hereby made for a more particular description of said property.
Being the same property conveyed to the
Grantors by deed being recorded simultaneously herewith.
I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.

WHEREAS, on July 5, 1990, Terry Baird
and his wife, Leatrice E. Baird, executed a Deed of Trust to W. Stewart
Robinson, Trustee for Jim Walter Homes, Inc., Beneficiary, which Deed
of Trust is recorded in Land Deed of Trust Book 166, at Page 92-93, in
the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi;
AND WHEREAS, this Deed of Trust was
ultimately assigned to Mid-State Trust IV, a business trust and Walter
Mortgage Company, LLC, by instrument recorded in Instrument
#2009004420, in the office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid;
AND WHEREAS, Mid-State Trust IV, a
business trust, appointed W. Stewart Robison as Substituted Trustee in
the place and stead of the aforesaid Trustee, by instrument recorded in

thence South 209.0 feet to an iron pin at the Northeast corner of said
certain one acre tract; thence West 209.0 feet to the point of
beginning and containing one acre, more or less. Also, a 30
foot wide driveway easement is granted as follows: Beginning at a point
in center of public road 229.0 feet North of said Section 9; thence

Timber for Sale
On Alcuen King Estate
Sealed bids will be received by the
Alcuen King Estate, c/o ROSA (Reclamation of Southern Assets) Land
Project at, 11233 S. Champlain, Avenue, Unit 2S Chicago, IL 60628, up
to but no later than 1:00 p.m., November 13th, 2009 for the purchase on
a lump sum basis of all timber, standing or down, designated for
cutting in Section (32), Township (4), Range (4), Marshall County,
Mississippi, estimated to contain Pinewood, Mix-Pine Hardwood and
Hardwood. The above descriptions are not to be construed to
be exact. Each bidder is expected to make his owncruise and to bid
accordingly. Bids will be opened at 3500 South King Drive,
Chicago IL, 60653 (Chase Bank/ Bronzeville) scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on
December 5, 2009. Before bids are submitted, full information
concerning the timber, the conditions of the sale and the submission of
bids should be obtained from the ROSA Land Project, 11233 S. Champlain,
Avenue, Unit 2S Chicago, IL 60628, phone number 312-674-9663.
The right to reject any and all bids is
reserved.
All timber to be sold is designated as
all merchantable timber on 120 acres located in Section (32), Township
(4), Range (4), Marshall County, Mississippi.
Proposal shall be accompanied by a
cashier’s check, certified check, money order, bid bond or surety bond
in the amount of (5%) of the maximum total of the proposal made payable
to the Alcuen King Estate
All Timber will be paid for when the
timber contact is signed. The successful bidder must deposit
with the Alcuen King Estate, ten percent (10%) of the total bid to
guarantee that faithful performance of each and every article of the
timber sale contract. Upon written notice of completion of
the contract in full by the buyer, the Seller will return the
performance bond in full, less any money withheld as damages by the
seller.
Bidding documents are available at the
bidder’s expense.
Bids should be addressed to the Alcuen
King Estate, c/o ROSA Land Project at, 11233 S. Champlain, Avenue, Unit
2S Chicago, IL 60628. The envelope should be clearly marked to indicate
that it contains a bid for timber.
The timber may be inspected at any time.
