WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of June,

Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., assigned said Deed of
Trust unto U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the C-BASS
Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-CB6, by instrument
recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument
#2009002944; and
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of June,
2009,
the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Emily Kaye
Courteau as Trustee in said Deed of Trust, by instrument recorded in

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
COMPREHENSIVE GURANTEED ELECTRIC,
WATER, AND NATURAL GAS
METER PERFORMANCE PROJECT
The City of Holly Springs will
accept
proposals for qualifications from energy service companies
(ESCOÕs) for the development of a ÒGuaranteed
Electric, Water, and Natural Gas Meter Performance
Project.Ó The intent of this project is to provide
the Holly Springs Utility Department with a comprehensive program for
the installation of new electric, water, and natural gas meters and AMR
devices to achieve water conservation, increased efficiency, increased
utility revenue and decreased operation costs, sufficient to provide
for all program costs. The project shall be issued in
accordance with Section 31-7-14 (4) (b) of the Mississippi Code.
Proposals will be accepted until
5:30
p.m., central time, October 20, 2009, at the second floor of City Hall,
160 South Memphis Street, Holly Springs, MS 38635, at which
time the Clerk for the Mayor and Board of Aldermen shall read aloud the
proposal.
The Mayor and Board of Aldermen
reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
