WHEREAS, on August 8, 2003, Gertie H.
Ryan and Booker T. Ryan, wife and husband, executed a deed of trust to
Jonas and Schneller, trustee for the benefit of “MERS” Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., which deed of trust is recorded
in Deed of Trust Book 335, Page 364 and by Loan Modification recorded
in Book 358 at Page 849 and in Book 362 at Page 502 in the office of
the Chancery Clerk of the County of Marshall, State of Mississippi;
and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid deed of trust
was assigned to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., its
successors and assigns, as nominee for Ohio Savings Bank by
instrument dated March 8, 2007, and recorded in the office of the
aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 93 at Page 759; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid deed
of trust was assigned to Ohio Savings Bank by instrument dated March
28, 2007, and recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in
Book 94 at Page 194; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid, Ohio Savings
Bank, the holder of said deed of trust and the note secured thereby,
substituted John C. Underwood, Jr., as Trustee therein, as authorized
by the terms thereof, by instrument dated March 30, 2007 and recorded
in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 437 at
Page 522; and
WHEREAS, by name change
effective April 23, 2007 Ohio Savings Bank changed it
name to Am Trust Bank; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt
secured thereby, having been declared to be due and payable in
accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, and the legal holder
of said indebtedness, AmTrust Bank, having requested the undersigned
Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and
property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust for the
purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s

Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the
At-Risk Youth Program
Mississippi Department of Human Services
The Mississippi Department of Human Services (MDHS) will accept sealed
proposals during business hours until 4:30 p.m. on September 15, 2009
at the MDHS State Office Building Lobby, 750 North State Street,
Jackson MS 39202, or by mail at P.O. Box 352, Jackson, MS 39205-0352,
for the purpose of soliciting proposals from interested parties who can
most effectively and cost-efficiently administer At-Risk Youth Programs
in disadvantaged communities in Mississippi to prevent and reduce
at-risk behaviors among youth, ages 10-15, in low-income families to
prevent, or break the cycle of, welfare dependence. Services/activities
shall include, but are not limited to, reducing and preventing

substance abuse (use of alcohoL, drugs and tobacco products) and
prevention/reduction, other behaviors that prevent the attainment of a
high school diploma or GED.
The eligible organization must have an
established At-Risk Youth Program that currently works with young
people from disadvantaged economic, social and family circumstances in
Mississippi. Eligible organization must have a nonprofit status and
shall be required to provide a copy of the 501 (c) (3) status with
their proposal.

Waldrup a/k/a Sherry S. Waldrup executed and delivered a certain Deed
of Trust unto Jan Reynolds, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. acting solely as nominee for
GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., its successors and assigns, to
secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is
recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County,
Mississippi in Book 406, Page 260; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was
subsequently assigned unto U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee
for J.P. MORGAN Alternative Loan Trust 2006-S3, by instrument recorded
in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument 2009003498;
and
WHEREAS, the holder of said Deed of
Trust substituted and appointed Nationwide Trustee Services, Inc., as
