Registration and immunization requirements for students Attention
Holly Springs High School parents/guardians, pre-registration for all
returning students is Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. which
also includes the eighth graders of Holly Springs Junior High. Please
bring two of the following proofs of residency: filed homestead
exemption application form, mortgage documents or property deeds,
apartment or home lease, utility bill, driver’s license, voter precinct
identification, automobile registration. If a P.O. box address is
used for a mailing address, two forms with the physical address must be
presented, along with the P.O. box address. Guardians must provide proof of court- ordered guardianship, not a notarized letter, during time of pre-registration. There will be no pre-registration for returning students once school begins in August. If
a student is not pre-registered before August, he/she will not be able
to attend until the pre-registration process is complete. New student registration Parents/guardians
who wish to enroll new students into the Holly Springs High School must
register with the guidance office only. Immunization Effective school year 2009-2010, the Mississippi State Department has implemented a change in school immunization requirements. All children entering a Mississippi school, any grade and those retained, will be required to have updated vaccinations. As
part of the pre-registration process of the Holly Springs High School,
the following items will be required before children are allowed to
attend school in August: - Current health record
- Two
proofs of residency; if a P.O. Box address is used for a mailing
address, two forms with the physical address must be presented, along
with one form of the P.O. box address.
Thank you for your effort in ensuring that Mississippi children are immunized against vaccine-preventable diseases.
