County, Mississippi, and run North 0 degrees 00 minutes 56 seconds west
leaving said road for a distance of 241.34 feet to a 3/8”inch re-bar
set; thence run East for a distance of 180.00 feet to a 3/8”
inch re-bar set; Thence run South 0 degrees 22 minutes 08 seconds East
for a distance of 245.25 feet to a 1” pipe found on the North side of
said road; thence run North 88 degrees 20 minutes West along said road
for a distance of 144.00 feet to a concrete marker found; thence run
South 89 degrees 32 minutes 44 seconds West along said road for a
distance of 36.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Said lot
