2009 HOME PROGRAM
Application Preparation
The Town of Potts Camp, Mississippi, in
anticipating the submission of an application to the Mississippi
Development Authority for the 2009 HOME program allocation, is
soliciting proposals for Application Preparation services to assist the
Town in preparing an application for the 2009 HOME project in
compliance with all applicable requirements under the HOME Program.
Respondents will be evaluated according
to the following factors:
A. Quality of the Proposal 30%
B. Consultant Qualifications and
Experience 40 %
C. Availability and Capacity of the
Consultant 30%
The selection of the consultant will be
based on an evaluation of the written responses. The award will be made
to the most qualified offeror whose proposal is deemed most
advantageous to the Town of Potts Camp, all factors considered.

offer for sale and will sell at public sale and outcry to the highest
and best bidder for cash, during the legal hours (between the hours of

of Trust unto Southern Trust Title, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness
therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the
Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi in Book 450 at Page 194

WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of June, 2009,
the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Emily Kaye
Courteau as Trustee in said Deed of Trust, by instrument recorded in
