March 21, 2005, executed by Alice D. Wilkins and Artha E. Wilkins, unto
William F. Schneller as Trustee, to secure an indebtedness
therein described to Gary W. Barnett, said Deed of Trust being of
record in Land Deed of Trust Book 378 pages 367-370 of the
land records of the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Marshall County,
Mississippi; and default having been made in the

Deed of Trust unto HSBC Bank USA, National Association, As Trustee For
Home Equity Loan Trust Series ACE 2005-HE7 by instrument recorded in
the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument # 2008004709;
and
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of August,
2008, the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Emily
Kaye Courteau as Trustee in said Deed of Trust, by instrument recorded
in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument #
2008004877; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and
the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so
to do, on the 2nd day of July, 2009, I will during the lawful hours of
between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and
will sell, at the south door of the Marshall County Courthouse at Holly
Springs, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following
described land and property situated in Marshall County, Mississippi,
to-wit:
Commence at the Northwest corner of the South half of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 18, Township 2 South, Range 3 West, Marshall County,
Mississippi; thence East 40.0 feet to the east right of way line of
Taska Public Road; thence South with said east right of way line 273.0
feet to the point of beginning; thence East 436.0 feet to an iron pin;
thence South 200.00 to an iron pin; thence West 436.0 feet to an iron
pin in the east right of way line of Taska Public Road; thence North
with said east right of way line 200.0 feet to the point of beginning
and containing 2.0 acres, more or less.
I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.

Sealed proposals for City Property
Insurance Coverage will be received by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen
of the City of Holly Springs, Mississippi , at the office of the Clerk
of said City, in City Hall at 160 South Memphis Street , Holly Springs
, Mississippi , until the hour of 5:30 p.m. local time July 07, 2009,
at which time on said date, all bids shall be publicly opened and read
aloud in the board room of said Mayor and Board of Aldermen.
No bidder may withdraw a bid submitted
for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of opening such
bids. The City of Holly Springs reserves the right to reject
any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
