constructed in accordance with the latest edition of the Mississippi
Standard Specifications for State Aid Road and Bridge Construction.
PLANS AND PROPOSALS may be secured from

TRUSTEES NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on May 26, 2006, Anthony W.
Borden executed a Deed of Trust, both individually and as Owner and
President of Abby Manufacturing Company, II, Inc., to Fred C.
Permenter, Jr., Trustee for the benefit of Northeast Mississippi
Planning & Development District and Merchants and Farmers Bank,
which Deed of Trust is of record in Land Trust Deed Book 410, pages
143-145, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County,
Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, on December 28, 2007, Anthony
W. Borden executed a Correction, Renewal and Extension Deed of Trust,
both individually and as President of Abby Manufacturing Company, II,
Inc., to Fred C. Permenter, Jr., Trustee for the benefit of Northeast
Mississippi Planning & Development District and Merchants and
Farmers Bank , which Deed of Trust is of record in Instrument Number
2008000018, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County,
Mississippi, which said Deed of Trust was a renewal and extension of
Trust Deed Book 410, pages 143-145 in the office of the Chancery Clerk
of Marshall County, Mississippi.
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the terms and conditions of said Deeds of Trust and the entire debt
secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in
accordance with the terms of said Deeds of Trust and the legal holders,
the Northeast Mississippi Planning & Development District and
Merchants and Farmers Bank of Holly Springs, having requested the
undersigned Trustee to execute this trust and sell said land and
property in accordance with the terms of said Deeds of Trust for the
purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s
fees, Trustee’s fees and expenses of sale.
