Architectural and Engineering Services
The Holly Springs Housing Authority is
now receiving proposals for Architectural and Engineering services to
prepare plans, specifications, and provide construction inspections
related to its Capital Fund Programs in the amount of $250,000. At the
option of the Housing Authority, A&E services of the selected
firm may be extended to cover other services subject to mutually
accepted fee negotiations.
All proposals must be received no later
than 2:00 P.M. Local Standard Time on Thursday, April 30, 2009, at the

plans and thirty dollars ($30.00) for the proposal, non-refundable
Certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of the total bid,
made payable to the City of Holly Springs and the State of Mississippi
must accompany each proposal.
Bidders are hereby notified that any
proposal accompanied by letters qualifying in any manner the condition
under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular
bid and such proposal will not be considered in making the award.
