WHEREAS, on October 2, 1997 George A.
Waddle (UNMARRIED) executed a certain Deed of Trust to Larry Peacock,
Trustee for Southern Housing, Inc. beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was
recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County,
Mississippi, in Book 227 at Page 696; and,
WHEREAS, the deed of trust was assigned
to Green Tree Financial Servicing Corporation which was recorded in the
office of the Chancery Clerk of said County in Book 52 at Page 650; and,
WHEREAS, Green Tree Servicing, LLC
formerly known as Green Tree Financial Servicing Corporation the
present owner of the indebtedness and holder of the above described
Deed of Trust, appointed Jeff D. Rawlings in the place and stead of
Larry Peacock or any subsequently appointed substituted trustee, said
Substitution of Trustee being recorded in the office of the Chancery

The Marshall County Planning Commission
will meet for their regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, April 9,
2009, at 2:00 p.m. in the Marshall County zoning Office at 590 Old
Highway 78-East, Holly Springs, Mississippi. The public is invited to
attend.
The following requests will be on the
agenda:
ITEM 1: Mrs. Mikel Moore is requesting
to be allowed to sell Mr. Roy Avant an acre and a half (1.5) of her
11.20 acres located at 1771 Robert Ford Road. If allowed, Mr. Avant
plans to build a cabin on the property. The property in question is Lot
#22 of Spring Creek Farms Subdivision and is zoned Agricultural.
ITEM 2: Ms. Valerie Mackey is
requesting to be allowed to place a double wide mobile home on her
mother, Louise Buchanan property located on Knox Road. The property in
question contains one (1) acre and is zoned R-E.
ITEM 3: Mr. and Mrs. Billy Brent
Watkins at 165 Carrington Road are requesting to be allowed to deed
their daughter, Kim Cook an acre and a half (1.5) of their 3.13 acres
to place a mobile home. The property in question is Lot #8 of Victoria
Village Subdivision and is zoned R-2.
ITEM 4: Mr. and Mrs. James Evans, Sr.
are requesting to be allowed to keep a camper trailer (with the
addition built on it) located on their property for Mr.
Evans’ father, Buster Evans. This request is being made
because Mr. Evans wants to keep his father close by them so they can
help care for him due to his father’s health problems. The
property in question is located at 1092 Wildcat Bottom Road and zoned
Agricultural-Residential.
ITEM 5: Mr. Ronald Mairino is
requesting to be allowed to operate a tattoo shop at 3128 Hernando Road
(the building across fromRaine’s Grocery). If allowed, there
will be no video arcade games including pool tables nor any alcohol
beverages allowed on the premises. Mr. Miarino, a disabled Marine
veteran, will not be able to attend the meeting on April 9, as he is
being refitted for new artificial legs in Texas. The property in
question is zoned R-2.

Notice of Public Hearing
City of Holly Springs water Extension
Marianna Road Water Line Extension,
Phase III
Part 1 and Part 2
The City of Holly Springs will be
conducting a public hearing on April 13, 2009, at 11:00 A.M., at the
Holly Springs City Hall, 160 SouthMemphis Street, Holly springs, MS, in
an effort to hear from citizens concerning a proposed water extension
project.
The City has made an application to
Rural Development for financial assistance for the above mentioned
project. The total cost of the project is approximately 5.6 million
dollars with an estimated 80% coming from a Rural Development
loan/grant and 20% from grants from CDBG, ARC and DRA.
The City of Holly Springs proposes to
install 6” and 8” water mains along Marianna Road,
South Red Banks Road and Chulahoma Road in an area southwest of the
City; a 300,000 gallon elevated water storage tank, 1,000 gpm water
well and treatment plant on the northside of proposed MSHighway 4; and
a 12’ water main along proposed MS Highway 4 from MS Highway
7 to MS Highway 178.
