described land to Lynda M. Davis, Trustee, securing their note to BLM,
LLC, Oliver M. Burch IV,
Manager.
Debtor defaulted and legal holder
accelerated the note and requested foreclosure.
As Trustee, in lawful hours, at the

WHEREAS, on the 14th day of April,
1999, Melvin W Farrow, a single person, and Vernola Faye Marrow, a
single person, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto
Rowan H Taylor, Jr, Trustee for PHH Mortgage Services Corporation,
Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of
Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall
County, Mississippi in Book 250 at Page 293; and
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of September,
2004, the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Emily
Kaye Courteau as Trustee in said Deed of Trust, by instrument recorded
in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 372 at Page 378 ;
and rerecorded in Instrument # 2008006550; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and
the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so
to do, on the 15th day of January, 2008, I will during the lawful hours
of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale
and will sell, at the south door of the Marshall County Courthouse at
Holly Springs, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the
following described land and property situated in Marshall County,
Mississippi, to-wit:
A 10.0 acre tract in the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 6
South, Range 3 West, Marshall County, Mississippi, being a 2 acre tract
as recorded in Deed Book 238, Page 584 and part of an 84 acre tract as
recorded in Deed Book 91, Page 266 (Tract 2) in the Chancery
Clerks‚s Office in Marshall County, Mississippi, and more
specifically described as follows;
Beginning at a point in the East line
of Section 10, Township 6 South, Range 3 West, Marshall County,
Mississippi, 1634.0minutes S - 0degrees - 06minutes - 21seconds - E of
the Northeast Corner of said Section 10; thence S - 0 degrees -
06minutes - 21seconds - E along the East line of Section 10 a distance
of 791.0 minutes to a point; thence S - 89degrees - 53minutes-
39seconds W 550.70minutes to a point; thence N - 0degrees- 06minutes -
21seconds- W a distance of 791.0 minutes to a point; thence N -
89degrees - 53minutes - 39seconds - E a distance of 550.70minutes to
the Point of Beginning, containing 453,603.70 square feet or 10.0 acres.
Subject to Marshall County Subdivision
and zoning regulations.
Subject to Right - of - Way in the Road
along the East side.
Subject to any Easements of record for
public utilities.
This property is shown on Marshall
County Tax Map No. 172, Parcel 5.01, and Parcel 5.0.
I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.

It appearing from the sworn petition
for termination of parental rights, filed in this cause, that the place
of residence of Respondent, Any Unknown Father, is unknown and cannot
be ascertained upon diligent inquiry. It further appearing
that Respondent is Hispanic, that he travels with his employment, and
that conception occurred while Respondent was staying at American Inn
in Byhalia, Mississippi.
It is therefore ordered that
Respondent, any Unknown Father, make appearance herein at the Juvenile
Court of Memphis/Shelby County, Tennessee, at 616 Adams Avenue,
Memphis, Tennessee on Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at 9:30 a.m., and
answer petitioner's petition for termination of parental rights or the
same will be taken for confessed as to Respondent, Any Unknown Father,
and this cause proceeded with ex parte, and that a copy of this order
be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the South
Reporter of Holly Springs, circulated in Marshall County, Mississippi.
