NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Mayor and Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing on the 2nd of December, 2008 at 5:30 p.m., regarding a proposed update of the Town of Byhalia General Development Plan. The proposed update includes a background and analysis, goals and objectives, plan, and implementation measures including a zoning ordinance, subdivision regulations, design standards and preservation ordinance and other recommendations for administration. After the hearing, the plan may be adopted and implemented by the Mayor and Board. Persons interested or wishing to comment are invited to attend the meeting.
