The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality
(MDEQ) has
established a public comment period for the Draft FY-2009 Water
Pollution Control (Clean Water) Revolving Loan Fund (WPCRLF) Intended
Use Plan (IUP). The public comment period on this document
extends from the date of this announcement through December 4,
2008. Written comments will be accepted on these documents
through December 4, 2008 at the following address:

be given to all comments prior to adoption of these documents.

The City of Holly Springs is preparing to install new IT
(Informational Technology) equipment for the completion of the new
Holly Springs Police Department.
The microwave connection to the Holly Springs Police
Department will be to support network access for those personnel to the
Internet and Intranet, included to but not limited to Internet access,
email access, database access, VoIP access, and remotely monitored
locations access. The structures and equipment provided should be
secure bi-directional communications both physically and logically,
provide reliable communication between the police station, the
Internet, and intranet resources. The equipment security and
reliability should be tamper/hacker/public spectrum frequency resistant.
Specifications:
1. At least one gigabit duplex, licensed, communication
system
to connect the new Holly Springs Police Dept. to the Internet,
2. At least 80 GHz transmission rate,
3. 1000/100/10MB SX connection, including all necessary
cabling, conduits, lighting arrestors, and accessories,
4. Installation of all microwave equipment must be
bonded and
