Gloria Young executed a Deed of Trust to Thomas L. Conner, Trustee, for

which reference is herein made; and

RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS
FOR THE CITY OF HOLLY SPRINGS, MISSISSIPPI, BY CHANGING THE
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
HOLLY SPRINGS, MISSISSIPPI, FROM R-12 TO B-4, AND PROVIDING
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER REZONING
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Holly
Springs, Mississippi, have received an application for a change in the
classification of certain real property described herein;
WHEREAS, by previous ordinance, certain amendments and changes
were contemplated and allowed by giving at least fifteen (15) days’
notice of a public hearing to consider any proposed change or amendment;
WHEREAS, the City Board of Aldermen do hereby give notice that

WHEREAS, by merger effective June 1, 2007, First
Horizon Home Loan Corporation became First Horizon Home Loans, a
