Holly High Hawks played their fourth game of the season against the
Cougars of North Panola. This was the first game versus a divisional
foe for the 2008 season. Both teams were coming off of losses from the

Golf tourney benefits MA The fourth annual
Walter A. Utley Golf Tournament, benefitting Marshall Academy, will be
held October 11 at Kirkwood National in Holly Springs. Registration begins at 7 a.m. Shotgun start is at 8:30 a.m. Various levels of sponsorships are available. The cost to participate is $500 per team. Entry fee must be paid by Monday, Oct. 6. For

Hunter class set for October 11 A Hunter
Safety Class will be held Saturday, Oct. 11, from 8 a.m. until at the
Marshall County Fairgrounds, Highway 7 North, Holly Springs. Participants must be 10 years of age and must bring Social Security number. Also, they must attend all 10 hours. To register for the class, call 662-563-6330.
