Hawks no match for Chargers By BARRY BURLESON Editor It was a tough night at Sam Coopwood Park for the Holly Springs High School Hawks. The Class 3A squad dropped its home opener 50-7 to Class 5A Southaven. “We
couldn’t do anything right,” said coach Clifford Brown, whose Hawks
went to 1-2 before starting district play this week. “It was a bad
game. We couldn’t execute. We couldn’t block. We couldn’t tackle. We
