Whereas, on the 22nd day of April,
2008, Clarissa Tye executed a certain Deed of Trust until Tanya Peters,
Trustee for Scott Robinson, to secure an indebtedness, which said Deed
of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall
County in Holly Springs, Mississippi, as instrument # 2008002358.
Whereas, default having been made in
payments of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and holder
of the said Deed of Trust having requested the undersigned so to do, on
the 26th day of September, 2008, I will, during legal hours, at public
outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the South front door of the
Marshall County Courthouse in Holly Springs, Mississippi, for cash to
the highest bidder, the following land and property situated in
Marshall County, to-wit:
Lot No. 1 of Cochran Farms Subdivision in the Southwest Quarter of
Section 17, Township 3 South, Range 3 West, according to plat of said
subdivision, recorded in Plat File No. 706B of the records of the Clerk
of the Chancery Court of Marshall County, Mississippi, containing 3.09
acres, more or less.

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on the 30th day of December,
1996, Henry W. Stidum and Mary Stidum executed and delivered a Purchase
Money Deed of Trust to Thomas D. Coffelt, Trustee, for the benefit of
Lamberson Finance Co., Inc., which is recorded in Trust Deed Book 218,
Page 488, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall
County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, on the 30th day of July, 2008,
LAMBERSON FINANCE COMPANY, Beneficiary, did appoint and substitute
JESSICA L. COX as Trustee in lieu of Thomas J. Coffelt, by Substitution
of Trustee recorded as Instrument #2008004409; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt
secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in
accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, and the legal holder
of said indebtedness, LAMBERSON FINANCE COMPANY, having requested the
undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land
and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust for the
purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's
fees, trustee's fees and expenses of sale;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, JESSICA L. COX,
as Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust will on
the 26TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2008, offer
for sale at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder, and sell
within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 A.M. AND 4:00
P.M.) at the South front door of the County Courthouse at Holly
Springs, Marshall County, Mississippi, the following described property
situated in Marshall County, Mississippi, described as:
Lot 17, Phase II, Magnolia Mobile Home Park in the Northwest
Quarter of Section 22, Township 1 South, Range 4 West, of Marshall
County, Mississippi, according to the plat and survey in Plat Book 8,
Page 13, now re-filed in Plat File 360 A in the office of the
Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi.
At the time of this publication, a search of the public records reveals
no tax liens filed by the United States or the State of Mississippi.
The sale of the property described in said Deed of Trust shall be
subject to any and all instrument of record, prior liens, encumbrances,
deeds of trust, easements, restrictions, building liens, unpaid taxes,
assessments, penalties, and interest, if any. The
title is believed to be good, but the Trustee will convey and sell only
such title as is vested in her as Trustee.
The right is reserved to adjourn the
day of the sale to another day or time certain without further
publication, upon announced at the time for the above.

deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this
action to Jennifer L. Shackelford, Attorney for the Plaintiff, whose

38659. Your response must be mailed or hand delivered not
later than thirty (30) days after the 4th day of September,
2008, which is the date of first publication of this summons.
