SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of May, 2006, W. Glen Young and
Gloria Young executed a Deed of Trust to Thomas L. Conner, Trustee, for
the benefit of Third Union Finance, Inc., which Deed of Trust is
recorded in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County,
Mississippi, in Land Deed of Trust Book No. 410, at Pages 272-273, to
which reference is herein made; and
WHEREAS, Third Union Finance, Inc. substituted and appointed
Hugh H. Armistead as Substitute Trustee in and for the above described
Deed of Trust pursuant to said Deed of Trust and the indebtedness
secured thereby, in lieu and in place of the aforesaid Trustee, Thomas
L. Conner, and his appointed successor, William F. Schneller, by
instrument dated the 6th day of June, 2008, and filed as Instrument No.
2008003340, in the land records of the Office of the Chancery Clerk of

WHEREAS, default having been made in payment of the

trust to Jerry Baker, trustee for the benefit of
“MERS” Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems,
Inc., which deed of trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 401 at Page
36 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Marshall, State
of Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid deed of trust was assigned to First
Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National
Association by instrument dated April 30, 2008, and recorded in the
office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk as instrument No. 2008002665; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid, First Horizon Home Loans, a division
