Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of
Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall
County, Mississippi in Book 391 at Page 658; and
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of March, 2008, Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc., assigned said Deed of Trust unto U.S. Bank
National Association as Trustee, by instrument recorded in the office
of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument #2008001808; and
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of March, 2008, the Holder of said Deed of
Trust substituted and appointed Emily Kaye Courteau as Trustee in said
Deed of Trust, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid
Chancery Clerk in Instrument # 2008001824; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness
secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of
Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 1st day of
May, 2008, I will during legal hours, at public outcry, offer for sale
and will sell, at the south door of the Marshall County Courthouse at
Holly Springs, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the

Marshall County Mississippi, run thence East 799.42 feet to a point;
run thence South 1252.34 feet to a 3/8” rebar found; said
point being the point of beginning; run thence North 32 degrees 33
minutes 38 seconds East 213.95 feet to a 3/8” rebar found;
run thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes 56 seconds East 210.00 feet to a
3/4” rebar set on the West aid of Collons Circle Road; run
thence along said road South 33 degrees 16 minutes 02 seconds West
209.98 feet to a rebar 3/4’’ set; run thence South
88 degrees 50 minutes 22 seconds West leaving Collins Circle Road
210.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Being the same property conveyed to grantor, Lawrence Wooten and wife
May Willie Wooten, herein by Warranty Deed of record at Book 116, Page
257, dated July 19, 1968, filed July 19, 1968, in the Chancery Clerk's
Office of Marshall County Mississippi.
