Commission
will meet for their regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, April 10,
2008, at 2:00 p.m. in the Zoning Office at 590 Old Highway 78-East,

requests to
be allowed to operate a resale/thrift shop business out of a vacant
house she owns located at 1328 Cayce Road. If allowed, the shop will be
open three (3) days a week (Thursday thru Saturday). The property in
question is zoned R-1.
ITEM 2: Mr. William Lee Booth
requests
to be allowed to keep four (4) storage containers on his property
located on Scales Tower Road. Mr. Booth was unaware he needed to ask
for special exception before placing the containers. If allowed, the
containers will not be seen from the road (approximately a mile off the
road.) The property in question contains 70 acres and is zoned
Agricultural.

Services (MDHS) will accept sealed proposals during business hours of
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. until May 6, 2008, at the MDHS State Office
Building Lobby, 750 North State Street, Jackson, MS39202, or by mail at
P. O. Box 352, Jackson, MS 39205-0352, for the purpose of soliciting
proposals from interested parties who can most effectively and
cost-efficiently administer Prevention/Intervention Youth Development
Programs in community-based settings to prevent and reduce at-risk
behaviors among youth ages 6-18 (19-21 year old if they do not have a
high school diploma or GED) and low-income families to prevent, or
break the cycle of, welfare dependence. Services/activities
shall include, but are not limited to, reducing and preventing
out-of-wedlock pregnancies, prevention/intervention/reduction of
substance abuse (use of alcohol, drugs and tobacco products) and
prevention/reduction, other behaviors that prevent attainment of a high
school diploma or GED.
The eligible organization must
have an
established statewide Youth Development Program that currently works
with young people from disadvantaged economic, social and family
circumstances in Mississippi. The lead agency must be
licensed to work and have an office in Mississippi.

Marshall County, Mississippi
The action against you is one

by Rule 81 (d) (1), MRCP, which is triable 30 days after completion of
service of process in nay manner other than by publication, or 30 days
after the first publication where process is by publication.
Your response must be mailed or
delivered, or a judgment by default will be entered against you for the
money or other rolled demanded in the complaint. You must also file the
original of your responses with the Clerk of this Court within a
reasonable time afterward.

In order to comply with Section
192.614-CFR dealing with pipeline
safety regulations as set forth by the U.S.D.O.T. the Town of Byhalia
has a program which provides for adequate safety procedures in the
event of excavation activities in the vicinity of natural gas
pipelines. Any individual firm or public service body planning any
excavation operation within the corporate limits of the Town of Byhalia
or any area served with gas by the Town of Byhalia should contact City
Hall at 662-838-2135 during normal working hours or the Mississippi One
Call Center at 1-800-227-6477 and provide pertinent information about
planned excavation activities.
For the purpose of this program
"excavation activities" shall include blasting, boring, tunneling,
backfilling, the removal of above ground structures by either
explosives or mechanical means and other earth moving operations.

Under and by virtue of the
authority
vested in me as Trustee in that certain Deed of Trust dated
May 9, 2003, executed by Grant F. Ayers, unto William F. Schneller as
Trustee, to secure an indebtedness therein described to Bank of Holly
Springs, said Deed of Trust being of record in Land Deed of Trust Book
327 pages 659-665 of the land records of the Clerk of the Chancery
Court of Marshall County, Mississippi; and default having been made in
the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured, and the undersigned
having been requested by the legal holder of said indebtedness to
foreclose said Deed of Trust, notice is hereby given that I,
as Trustee aforesaid, will, within lawful hours, at the South front
door of the Marshall County Courthouse, in the City of Holly Springs,
Mississippi, on FRIDAY, APRIL 18, 2008 offer for sale and sell at
public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described
property, situated in the County of Marshall, State of Mississippi, to

Drive; thence Southwestwardly along said north right of way line as it
curves to the left 40.02 feet; thence South 69 degrees 59 minutes 57
seconds East with said North right of way line 170.00 feet to the point
of beginning and containing one acre more or less.
