PUBLIC NOTICE

The Holly Springs School District wishes to inform its staff, students, and parents as to the status of its asbestos management program. The district has on file with the Mississippi Department of Education an approved asbestos management plan. Remaining asbestos materials in district facilities are in good condition and does not present health risks to students, employees or the general public.

Asbestos management plans are available for public review at each school location and the district office.

Inc., acting solely as nominee for Homecomings Financial Network, Inc., to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi in Book 328, Page 698; and

WHEREAS, the holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Nationwide Trustee Services, Inc., as Trustee in said Deed of Trust by instrument recorded in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk Book 447, Page 223; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on December 13, 2007, I will, during legal hours (between the hours of 11 o' clock a.m. and 4 o' clock p.m.), at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the South Door of the Marshall County Courthouse in Holly Springs, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Marshall County, Mississippi, to-wit:

Farm # 7 aka Lot 7, Dreamlee Farms Subdivision, Section 36, Township 3 South, Range 4 West, as shown on plat of record in Plat File 392, Page B, in the Chancery Clerk's Office of Marshall County, Mississippi, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description of said property.

Being the same property conveyed to the Grantors by deed being recorded simultaneously herewith.

Title to the above described property is believed to be good, but I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Substituted Trustee.
