Please be advised that
sealed bids will be received by the Marshall
County Board of Supervisors of Marshall County, Mississippi in the
Office of the County Administrator, Courthouse, Post Office Box 219,
Holly Springs, MS 38635, (662) 252-3663, until 10:00 A.M., December 3,
2007, pursuant to Mississippi Code Section 19-5-105, for the clean up
of property located at 1430 South Red Banks Road (intersection of
Hernando Road and South Red Banks Road). This property
previously known as the Fish House and Lee’s Crossing
Store. Clean up will include the disposal of trailer, any
junk vehicles, dilapidated structures, wood, plastic, cans, burned
debris, garbage, etc.
The Board of Supervisors
reserves the right to reject any and all bids
and to waive any and all formalities in the best interest of Marshall
County.

hereto as Respondents in the Petition filed in this
Court by Myrtle M. Coker, the duly appointed, qualified and acting
Administratrix of the Estate of Earl B. Coker, deceased, seeking to
determine the heirs at law and wrongful death beneficiaries of Earl B.
Coker, deceased and to settle the claims of the estate, heirs at law,
and wrongful death beneficiaries of Earl B. Coker, deceased.
The only known Respondents to this action are Myrtle M. Coker, Melissa
A. Coker, James C. Coker, and Patricia Gail Coker Jones, and any
unknown heirs at law and wrongful death beneficiaries of Earl B. Coker,
deceased and all other persons claiming a legal or equitable interest
in the Estate of Earl B. Coker, deceased. Please take notice
that a hearing will be held in the above-styled and numbered action to
which you are a Respondent on the 19th day of December, 2007, at 9:00
a.m. at the Marshall County Courthouse in the City of Holly Springs, in
Marshall County, Mississippi.
The action against you
is one described in Rule 81(d)(1) of the
Mississippi Rules of Civil Procedure as triable thirty (30) days after
completion of the service of process in any manner other than by
publication, or thirty (30) days after the first publication where
process is by publication.
Your response must be
mailed or delivered to Paul R. Scott, Esquire,
Post Office Box 346, Hernando, Mississippi 38632, not later than thirty
(30) days after the 15th day of November, 2007, which is the date of
the first publication of this summons. If your response is
not so mailed or delivered, a judgment by default will be entered
against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. Said
claims of all known heirs at law and wrongful death beneficiaries and
of all other persons claiming a legal or equitable interest in the
aforesaid estate are subject to the limitations of Miss. Code Ann.
§ 91-1-15 (1972).
You must also file the
original of your response to the Clerk of the
Court within a reasonable time afterward.

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on March 29,
2001, Kenny S. Smith and wife, Laura H. Smith
executed a certain deed of trust to Linda J. O'Connell, Trustee for the
benefit of Regions Mortgage, Inc. which deed of trust is of record in
the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, State of
Mississippi in Book 279 at Page 742; and
WHEREAS, Regions Bank
d/b/a Regions Mortgage f/k/a Regions Mortgage,
Inc. has heretofore substituted J. Gary Massey as Trustee by instrument
dated June 27, 2005 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's
Office in Book 385 at Page 345; and
WHEREAS, default having
been made in the terms and conditions of said
deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared
to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of
trust, Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, the legal holder of said
indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to
execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with
the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums
due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and
expense of sale.

WHEREAS, on June 20,
2002, Willie Stewart, A Single Woman executed a
certain deed of trust to Fearnley Califf Martin McDonal, Trustee for
the benefit of New Century Mortgage Corporation which deed of trust is
of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, State
of Mississippi in Book 307 at Page 735 rerecorded in Book 310 at Page
29; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of
Trust was subsequently assigned to U.S. Bank,
N.A., as Trustee for MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2002-NC1
Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2002-NC1 by instrument dated
May 3, 2006 and recorded in Book 91 at Page 291 rerecorded in Book 91,
Page 490 of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, U.S. Bank,
N.A., as Trustee for MASTR Asset Backed Securities
