Twenty-four teams compete in tourney
If you’ve got the drive, we’ve got the tournament. The 11th annual White Oak Classic was held at Kirkwood National in Holly Springs, on Thursday, September 20, with 24 teams participating this year.
The beautiful weather, the great door prizes, the tent sponsors, CLM Insurance Hole-In-One, and the volunteers lent to a great day of golf. The players enjoyed a delicious meal from Safari’s at Kirkwood.
The Byhalia Area Chamber of Commerce wishes to thank the chairs Bill Kinkade and Mika Joyner; the Kirkwood staff, our tournament sponsors, players, hole sponsors, cart sponsors, door prize contributors, photographers Lin Smith and Stephanie Movre; and Hunter Fan Company. Giving away two annual Chamber memberships, Kirkwood Stay & Play gift certificate, a two day/one night and golf for two, donated by Kirkwood; National Wellness gift basket, donated by Dr. Russell Mauk, Family Wellness Clinic, Holly Springs.
The Byhalia Area Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit 501c3 tax deductible organization.
Team winners won golf plaques, Kirkwood gift certificates, WOC caps and golf towels.
