of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall
County in Holly Springs, Mississippi, in Deed of Trust Book 345 on page
492.
Whereas, default having been made in
payments of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and holder
of the said Deed of Trust having requested the undersigned so do to, on

Mississippi will be received by the Marshall County Board of
Supervisors in the Board Room of the Marshall County

until 10:00 AM Local Time, at which time
and place all Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed
envelope addressed to Marshall County Board of Supervisors.
Each sealed envelope containing a bid must be plainly marked on the

an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total of the Bid shall be
submitted with each bid.
Attention is called to the fact that
not less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the Contract
Documents must be paid on this project, and that the Contractor must
ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not
discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or
natural origin.
Marshall County Board of Supervisors

The Marshall County Planning Commission will meet for their regularly
scheduled meeting on Thursday, November 8, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in the

allowed, he plans to have a produce stand during the weekdays and on
the weekends allow other vendors to set-up (no vendors will be allowed
to leave merchandise out overnight). The property in question is owned
by Joe E. Taylor, Estate and is zoned C-1 (commercial).
ITEM 6: Mr. Charles Crozier requests to
be allowed to occupy a travel trailer for a period of one (1) year
while he remodels a house on his property at 5011 Highway 311 for
occupancy. The property in question contains 10.7 acres and is zoned
Agricultural-Residential.
ITEM 7: Mr. and Mrs. Gerald D. Cook,
who live at 453 Croft Road (Lot #49 of Holiday Estates Subdivision) are
requesting to be allowed to deed their daughter, Regina Maley, one and
one half (1.5) acres of their property, Lot #48 of Holiday Estates
Subdivision to build a home. The property in question is located on

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REZONE R-E TO C-1
The Marshall County Planning
Commission will hold a public hearing during their regular scheduled
meeting on Thursday, November 8, 2007, at the Marshall County Zoning
and Planning Office at 590 Highway 178 East, Holly Springs,
Mississippi. The Commission will hear a rezoning request from
Roy Valentine to rezone 20 acres of his 47.59 acres from RE to C-1
(Commercial 1). The property (248-27-5.02) is located along
Highway 302 across from the Barton Fire Department. The Commission will
make a recommendation to the Marshall County Board of Supervisors in
regard to rezoning (the actual decision to rezone is a decision that is
