WHEREAS, on the 28th day

On February
15, 2003, Anthony Roden and wife, Tanya
Roden, executed a Purchase Money Deed of Trust, recorded in
Marshall County, Holly Springs, Mississippi land records, Land Trust
Deed Book 327, Page 679 conveying hereinafter described land to Lynda
M. Davis, Trustee, securing their note to BLM, LLC, Oliver M. Burch IV,
Manager.
Debtor defaulted and
legal holder accelerated the note and requested
foreclosure.
As Trustee, in lawful
hours, at the South door of Marshall County,
Mississippi Courthouse on October 15, 2007, I will sell to highest cash
bidder at public outcry the following land in Marshall County,
Mississippi.
Lot 44 of Cooper Road Farms (Phase I), containing 2.00 acres, located
in Section 22, Township 3 South, Range 5 West, Marshall County,
Mississippi. A plat of said Cooper Road Farms is recorded in
the land records of said County in Plat File 899-A.
Purchaser shall pay his bid in cash at sale. I will convey
only my title as Trustee.

Under and by virtue of
the authority vested in me as Substitute Trustee
in that certain Deed of Trust May 23, 1995 executed by Lou Ella Smith,
unto D. Rook Moore, III, as Trustee, to secure an indebtedness therein
described to Bank of Holly Springs, said Deed of Trust being of record
in Land Deed of Trust Book 201 pages 172-174, of the land records of
the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Marshall County, Mississippi;
Deed of Trust dated
November 21, 2000 executed by Lou Ella Smith, unto
William F. Schneller, as Trustee, to secure an indebtedness therein
described to Bank of Holly Springs, said Deed of Trust being of record
in Land Deed of Trust Book 273 pages 539-544, of the land records of
the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Marshall County, Mississippi;
Deed of Trust dated
January 3, 2007 executed by Lou Ella Smith, unto
William F. Schneller, as Trustee, to secure an indebtedness therein
described to Bank of Holly Springs, said Deed of Trust being of record
in Land Deed of Trust Book 432 pages 98-103, of the land records of the
Clerk of the Chancery Court of Marshall County, Mississippi;
and default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness thereby
secured, and the undersigned having been requested by the legal holder
of said indebtedness to foreclose said Deed of Trust, notice
is hereby given that I, as Substitute Trustee aforesaid, will, within
lawful hours, at the South front door of the Marshall County
Courthouse, in the City of Holly Springs Mississippi, on Friday,
October 12, 2007 offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the
highest bidder for cash, the following described property, situated in
the County of Marshall, State of Mississippi, to wit:
12.5 acres of land Section 16, Township 6 South, Range 2 West, Tract 8
of the subdivision of the Ethel Leggs Estate land situated on Section
16, Township 6 South, Range 2 West according to survey thereof prepared
by Eddie C. Boatwright said survey recorded in Plat File No.
691A of the records of the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Marshall
County, Mississippi, containing 12.5 acres more or less is hereby
vested in Lou Ella Smith.
Also a 15 foot wide
easement described as anywhere on the North one
fourth of Tract 7 of the subdivision of the Ethel Leggs Estate land
situated on Section 16, Township 6 South, Range 2 West, according to
survey thereof prepared by Eddie C. Boatwright said survey recorded in
Plat File No. 691A of the records of the Clerk of the Chancery Court of
Marshall County, Mississippi, containing 12.5 acres more or less.
The undersigned was appointed as Substitute Trustee by
instrument dated August 27, 2007 recorded in Land Deed of Trust Book
446 page 271 of the records of the Clerk of the Chancery Court of
Marshall County, Mississippi.
The purchaser will be
required to pay the full amount of his bid in
cash at the time of the sale. I will sell and convey only
such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.

WHEREAS, on March 31,
2006, Lashun Ward and Sabrina Ward, husband and
wife, executed a deed of trust to NETCO Inc, trustee for the benefit of
“MERS” Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems,
Inc., which deed of trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 406 at Page
779 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Marshall,
State of Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid
deed of trust was assigned to Deutsche Bank
National Trust Company, as Trustee for FFMLT 2006-FF9, Mortgage Pass -
Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF9 by instrument dated April 3,
2007, and recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in
Book 95 at Page 415; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid,
Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as
Trustee for FFMLT 2006-FF9, Mortgage Pass - Through Certificates,
Series 2006-FF9, the holder of said deed of trust and the note secured
thereby, substituted John C. Underwood, Jr., as Trustee therein, as
authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument dated August 6, 2007 and
recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book
445 at Page 311; and
WHEREAS, default having
been made in the terms and conditions of said
deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby, having been declared
to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of
trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness, Deutsche Bank
National Trust Company, as Trustee for FFMLT 2006-FF9, Mortgage Pass -
Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF9, having requested the undersigned
Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and
property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust for the
purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with
attorney’s fees, Substituted Trustee’s fees and
expense of sale;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, John
C. Underwood, Jr., Substituted Trustee, in said
deed of trust, will on the 16th day of October, 2007, offer for sale at
public outcry for cash to the highest bidder, and sell within legal
hours (being between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.) at the
