Request for Proposals
The Mississippi Department of Human Services (MDHS) will accept sealed
proposals until October 5, 2007 at 750 North State Street, MS 39202, or
by mail at P. O. Box 352, Jackson, MS 3920-0352, for administration of
the Adolescent Offender Program Initiative under the SSBG Program and
the Tony Gobar Individualized Assessment and Comprehensive Community
Intervention Initiative (IACCII) under the jurisdiction of the
Mississippi Youth Courts. Requests For Proposals will be
available for pick-up in the lobby of the MDHS State Office (750 N.
State Street, Jackson,MS) beginning on September 6, 2007 from 8:00
a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or may be obtained by accessing
www.mdhs.state.ms.us or through the mail. No unsolicited
proposals will be mailed. To obtain an RFP through the mail,
contact: Kathy Pittman, Director, Division of Youth Services,
Mississippi Department of Human Services, P. O. Box 352 (750 N. State

MDHS reserves the right to reject or negotiate any and all proposals or

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on March 12, 2001, Luse Lender and Chiquilla Culp
executed a Deed of Trust to Home Land Title as Trustee for the benefit
of Diversified Capital Corporation of Tennessee, which Deed of Trust
was recorded in Book 278, Page 441 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk
of Marshall County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, Diversified Capital Corporation of Tennessee assigned said
Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as
Nominee for Household Finance Corporation pursuant to an Assignment of
Deed of Trust/Mortgage dated March 22, 2001 and recorded in Book PA70,
Page 121 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County,
Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, M! ortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. - the
mortgagee of recor d - appointed John C. Morris, III as Trustee in
place of the afore-mentioned original Trustee via a Substitution of
Trustee dated March 18, 2003 and recorded in Book 324, Page 332 in the

WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for
Household Finance Corporation assigned said Deed of Trust to Household
Finance Corporation II pursuant to a Corporate Assignment of Deed of

WHEREAS, Household Finance Corporation II, the holder of said Deed of
