Box 352, Jackson, MS 3920-0352, for administration of the Adolescent Offender Program Initiative under the SSBG Program and the Tony Gobar Individualized Assessment and Comprehensive Community Intervention Initiative (IACCII) under the jurisdiction of the Mississippi Youth Courts. Requests For Proposals will be available for pick-up in the lobby of the MDHS State Office (750 N.
