the point of beginning; run thence North 06 degrees 36 minutes 21
seconds East 374.88 feet to a 1/2" rebar set; runt thence North 87
degrees 28 minutes 32 seconds East 460.55 feet to a 1/2" rebar set on
the West right of way of Old Highway Number 7, (30 feet from centerline
); run thence South 22 degrees 11 minutes 15 seconds West 505.26 feet
along said right of way to a 1/2" rebar found; run thence North 76
degrees 28 minutes 14 seconds West leaving the West right of way of old
Highway Number 7, for a distance of 321.34 feet to the point of
beginning, said tract containing 3.799 acres, more or less.

By fee simple deed from Joe R. Cox and Lorraine S. Cox,
husband and wife, as set forth in Deed Book 317, Page 741 dated
05/17/2001 and recorded in 05/08/20014, Marshal County Records, State
