| Mt. Pleasant football, cheer league continues registration for 2007 season
The Mt. Pleasant Lions Youth Football and Cheer Organization still has slots available for participation in both football and cheerleading for the 2007 season.
Children from ages 7-16, both boys and girls, who are interested in football and cheerleading are eligible to participate. However with uniforms being ordered, it is very important to register now to ensure that they are back before the jamboree to be held on August 25. This event will kick off our 2007 season. The registration fee is $35 (non-refundable) per participant. Other requirements include: 1. copy of last report card; 2. sports physical report; 3. certified copy of birth certificate. Special thanks to Mike’s Stop #1, Lucy Carpenter, circuit clerk of Marshall County, Loretta Wells and the Grove at Cayce residents, Artie England on behalf of the Carrier Employees, State Line Citgo, Cooper Truck Line Inc., and First State Bank of Holly Springs for their financial support and Pfizer for the items they donated to the program. In order to maintain and sustain this program at a minimal cost to the participants, we need your help. For more information, please contact Kesha Collins at (662) 851- 4381, Carrol Seldon at (662) 851- 4992, or on the web, go to www.leaguelineup.com/mtpleasantlions. |
