Camp, Byers athletes take ribbons at division meet
The Potts Camp Lady Cardinals finished
highest among county teams in the Division 1-2A track meet at Charleston
April 11.
They took the second-place trophy with
89 points, trailing only first-place Coldwater with 143 points. The
H.W. Byers Lady Lions from Marshall County finished third with 58 points.
On the boys’ side, the Byers Lions
claimed third with 69 points, and the Potts Camp Cardinals were just
three points behind, at 66, to take fourth. Coldwater took the championship
with 106 points and Bruce was second with 75.
