Daina Hughes receives scholarship from Itawamba Community College

Scholarship recipients at Itawamba Community College for 2007 include Daina Marcia Hughes of Potts Camp, valedictorian.

Hughes is a 1992 graduate of Bethlehem Christian School where she participated in choir, music, art, track and volleyball. Hughes’s honors include valedictorian, honors, and first, second and third place medals for National Christian School competitions in music, art, track and volleyball. She is the daughter of Sam and Darlene Wilson.

Mary Reid School announces kindergarten registration

Mary Reid School will have registration for kindergarten for the 2007-2008 school year on the following days: April 24 from 3 - 6 p.m. and on April 26 from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. It will be held at the school site.

Please bring the following documents with you so your child’s application process will be complete: 1. Two proofs of residency (mortgage documents, property deed or lease agreement, no hand written notes will be accepted; current utility bill or deposit receipt for utilities. All of these documents must have an address within our school district for Potts Camp. 2. Copy of legal guardian’s driver’s license; 3. Copy of birth certificate; 4. Copy of Social Security card; 5. Short record (original form) Form 121.
