The McClatchys were in the hardware business for 27 years.
Job Fair draws interest By SUE WATSON Despite inclement weather, job seekers met with a battery of 41 employers to make the Marshall-Benton Area Job Fair another success Thursday. Police urge leash law compliance The Holly Springs Police Department issued a reminder to citizens this week to comply with the leash law. The city will impound any dog not vaccinated or running at large and any dog that has bitten someone without cause will be impounded for 10 days at the expense of the owner. All dogs within the city are to be licensed and registered by the city. Failure to comply with the ordinances constitutes a misdemeanor. The Holly Springs Police Department responded to 15 calls last week: simple assault (3); burglary (1); petit larceny (1); careless driving (1); expired/no driver’s license (2); malicious mischief (4); DUI (1); expired tag (1); and stalking (1).
