We are thankful that the big mill, once located across the railroad tracks, is in operation again. It is a big help to people who need jobs. The Merrills of Germantown, owner of the land, had signed with a new company.

Writer visits University of Tenn.

The Lord’s Supper was administered at Hopewell No. 1 Sunday, March 4 with pastor Leroy James and the board of deacons presiding. Attorney Cornelious Bostick and Mary Milan spent Thursday in Southaven. Henderson Milan attended one of the observance sessions Friday, March 2 at the University of Tennessee at Memphis.
