Home for the holidays

Fred Brown is a patient at Baptist Collierville Hospital. He spent several days in ICU, but is now out in a private room. His wife Charlotte is also very sick. They need our prayers.

I had my Christmas dinner or Christmas Eve. A host of relatives attended. After eating finger food, the children opened their gifts from each other. Then the adults opened their gag gifts. We had lots of fun.

Arnold and Kathy Goode visited relatives and friends in Kansas City, Mo. over the Christmas holiday.

Barbara Ellis had all her family home for Christmas.

Bob and Mary Barry, from Carrollton, Texas, visited family in Slayden and here in the community over the holidays.

Ken and Betty Guffey’s daughter and family, from Dallas, Texas are visiting them over Christmas and New Years’ holiday.
