STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF MARSHALL TRUSTEE’S LAND SALE NOTICE On June 14, 1999, L. C. Jones and wife, Vickie D. Jones, executed a Purchase Money Deed of Trust, recorded in Marshall County, Holly Springs, Mississippi land records, Land Trust Deed Book 259, Page 178-179 conveying hereinafter described land to Lynda M. Davis, Trustee, securing their note to Ralph M. Avent, and Holly Inc., (a Mississippi Corporation). Ralph M. SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on May 3, 2002, Peggy D. Neal executed a Deed of Trust to William R.
