Bluegrass Festival needs contributions to defer insurance costs for shooting fireworks

Hello Snow Lakers. I hope you had a good week. I still haven’t been able to keep up with how our residents are doing.

If you know of anyone sick or needing help please call Sue Graves, 224-3264.

Get ready for the Bluegrass Festival on July 1! Be sure to add this date to your calendar. Also, I will soon be calling for volunteers to help. Spread the word; there will be fireworks! Remember the committee could use some contributions to help with insurance for shooting fireworks. Just contact the town or corporation office.

All help is extremely appreciated. We will have a meeting the first part of April. Watch the paper for the date and plan to attend.

We are still looking forward to The Neighborhood Watch signs being posted. Hopefully it will be soon. Keep watching.

We left Las Vegas and are on our way to Utah, Yellowstone Park and Idaho. There is so much to see I doubt if we will have time to see all we would like to. More later.

Coming Events:

Monday, Mar. 6 - 7 p.m.

Town meeting.

Monday, Mar. 13 - 6:30 p.m. - Ladies Auxiliary meeting.

Tuesday, Mar 14 - 1 p.m. Friendship Club meeting.

Saturday, Mar. 18 - 7-9 a.m. Breakfast followed by corporation meeting at 9 a.m.

All present and new residents should try this breakfast - it is delicious!

Remember, guests are always welcome to come to any of our events.

Our Quote: From “Gentle Thoughts.” “Nothing is more wonderful than faith - the one great moving force which we can neither weigh in the balance nor test in the crucible.”

Have a good week, and hope to see you next week.
