Personals Community will miss Dottee Rather, a true Southern Lady We have lost yet another phenomenal member of our community, Dottee Rather. She died Friday evening in the hospital in Memphis, Tenn. She exuded enthusiasm for our community and every member in it. Every function Dottee attended, she was dressed to the nines - a picture of true Southern perfection. I knew her my entire life and never ever saw her without her beaming smile, which took up her entire face. Her small frame and delicate features reminded me so of the true Southern lady, which shone in her with every step she took. She is going to be sorely missed by all who knew her. They were destined to follow the divine calling that landed them in the highest position in the land. George Washington was our number one and from George to George, we have number 42 in George W. Bush. Report News:
