News Hopewell No. 1 hosts growth seminar A church growth seminar was a great success at Hopewell No. 1 with Pastor James p re s i d i n g . Devotion was led by Sis. Debbie Walker. We l c o m e , Deacon Ben Cole. Deacon Michael Crittle presided over the offering. An inspiring lecture was given by Dr. Dwight Guin of Coming Street Baptist Church Memphis. Dr. John W. Crittle was the speaker. He gave some encouraging points. Words of thanks by Deacon Michael Crittle. Beautiful solos were provided by Sis. Marsha Gail Finley; benediction was by Dr. John W. Crittle. We wish to express our love and sympathy to the families of Willie Bubba Batts and Louis Bryson. Marshall County Retired Education Personnel’s honor day will be 1 p.m. at the library.
