The Marshall County Planning Commission will meet Thursday, Oct. 26, 2006 at 2 p.m. for a special meeting in the Zoning Office at 590 Old Highway 78 East, Holly Springs, MS. The public is invited to attend. The Marshall County Planning Commission has received a request from Mr. Tomas Tell, who has a lease/purchase agreement with Mr. Tommy Reel, to be allowed to have equestrian activities. This activity will include the training of horses, match racing and serving of food and beverages. Activities will be held two (2) Sundays a month, beginning at 12 noon and ending at dark. The property in question is located at the end of Petty Road and zoned Agricultural-Residential. The Marshall County Planning Commission has received a request from Misters Esteban Cancino and Jose Rodrequez Garay, to be allowed to have equestrian activities at their property at the end of Humphreys Road. This activity will include the training of horses, match racing and serving of food and beverages. Activities will be held two (2) Sundays a month, beginning at 12 noon and ending at dark.
