Clayton Law Group opens in Holly Springs The attorney for the county board of supervisors, Tacey Clark Clayton, has opened an office in Holly Springs at 154 Market Street behind the former City Cafe. She shares an office building with attorney Collier Carlton. Clayton said she needed to be in Holly Springs more and will be in her office regularly on Monday and Tuesday each week. Her law partner, Russell Jordan, who was sworn in by Judge Glenn Alderson Friday, will be at the office on Thursdays and Fridays. For now the office will be closed Wednesdays. Office hours are from 9 a.m. through 5 p.m. with the office closed at noon for lunch. Clayton parted company with Clayton O’Donnell Walsh firm in April and formed her own firm September 1. She hired Jordan, who recently passed the state bar exam, to help out with the Holly Springs practice. Clayton said hiring Jordan will help her firm give Marshall County clients all the attention they deserve. She will serve her Tupelo and Lee County clients Wednesday through Friday each week. The Clayton Law Group is a general law practice assisting governmental and corporate groups and operating in the area of employment and family law. “We do most everything except criminal law,” Clayton said. Jordan is the son of Susan and Kelly Jordan of Holly Springs. The phone number of The Clayton Group in Holly Springs is 662-252-1377. Clayton’s office in Tupelo can be reached at 662-620-2122.
