Those who attended were Ludis Reaves and Ann Busby of Olive Branch, Bonnie Smith of Batesville, Sheila Burnett of Charleston, and Shirley Jones of Covington, Tenn. They enjoyed the time they spent with one another this weekend and look forward to continuing this tradition for many years to come.
Camille Shaw hosted a birthday party honoring her brother, Pat, on Saturday night at The Service Station. Party-goers enjoyed a variety of appetizers and libations. They danced the night away to music provided by Renegade. Local friends and family, as well as numerous guests from out-of-town, helped Pat ring in the big 3-0. A wonderful banner Camille had made said it all - “I demand a recount!” Happy birthday, Pat!
Weekend guests in the home of Susan and Jimmy Warren were Sherry Harris of Hendersonville, N.C., Sue McNabb of Centerville, Rosemary Shaw of Memphis, Tenn. and Georgia Wilson of Clarksdale. They were all here to attend the Hummingbird Festival held at Strawberry Plains.
