Never forget victims of 9-11
I arrived at work early September 11, 2001. It started out as a normal deadline day.
But a few minutes later it turned into anything but normal.
My wife Pam called about 7:50 a.m. “A plane just hit the World Trade Center,” she said.
“What?” I asked.
For years, my kids have suggested that I might be suffering from “old-timer’s disease.”
Some days, I think they might be teasing and some days, I think they might be right.
For years, I have “suffered” with plain, ole regular osteoarthritis.
“...all creatures great and small”
Sunday as I arrived early and placed my key in the church door, I noticed a spider had made her web all over the doorknob and lock.
