Three win big at Mississippi Mayhem

Mississippi Mayhem brought a big crowd to the Multi-Purpose Center in Holly Springs Friday night.

Area tough guys and girls had the chance to show what they were made of in the event, sponsored by Round One Boxing.

Winners were Emmanel Flowers of Memphis, Tenn., in the light weight division; Jeromy Guy of Jonesboro, Ark., in the middle weight division; and Detrey Jones of Holly Springs in the heavy weight division.

All won $500 each.

The non-stop action featured fighters facing off against each other over three one-minute rounds to see who really is the toughest around.

Mississippi Mayhem is part of the Southern Fight Night television program set to air on UPN 30.
