Personals Locals attend the wedding ceremony of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Seale Jr. The weekend was magical in Jackson, for Ann Ostenson and Ben Seale Jr. Friday night, out of town guests and family members were treated to a wonderful rehearsal dinner at The Edison Walthall Hotel for the couple, hosted by his parents, Ben and Robin Seale. Everyone had a marvelous time, as the out-of-town guests all stayed at the Cabot Lodge. The bride and groom had arranged to have “wedding welcome bags” waiting for each guest as they arrived at the hotel. Saturday, the couple was united in a beautiful ceremony performed at North Park Presbyterian Church. The bride looked breathtaking as she was escorted down the aisle to meet her groom, who looked dashing in his tuxedo. Years and years of good luck to the beautiful couple! Amy Dyer and Daniel Hyde to wed August 5 at Cedarview Baptist Church Wesley and Anita Wilson Hughey of Olive Branch and Johnny and Amy Dyer of Somerville, Tenn. are pleased to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter Amy Louise Dyer to Daniel Lee Hyde, son of Georgia and Ernie Hyde of Holly Springs. Miss Dyer is the granddaughter of the late Joe Barney and Carol Jean Wilson of Holly Springs; Vernon Dyer of Slayden; Freddie Dyer of Oakland, Tenn. and the late Robert Hughey of Olive Branch. Amy is a graduate of Hickory Flat High School and is currently attending nursing school at NWCC. Mr. Hyde is the grandson of the late Bettye Saxon Cook of Holly Springs; the late H.T. Caudle of Memphis, Tenn.; the late Vonnie Brown of Holly Springs; and the late Hugh Hyde of Laws Hill. Daniel attended Hickory Flat and is currently employed with the MDOT. The couple will exchange vows at Cedarview Baptist Church in Olive Branch on Aug. 5 at 2 p.m. All friends and family are invited to attend. Maurica Marion to wed Bobby Sims July 29 at Chulahoma MB Church Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Marion of Holly Springs announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Maurica Antinette Marion to Bobby Tramaine Sims, son of Bobby Sims of Holly Springs and Jacqueline Shaw of Waterford. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Rev. George and Helen Marion of Waterford and the late Mr. and Mrs. Arbi Powers. She is a graduate of Holly Springs High School and Mississippi State University. She is currently employed with Citibank of Texas. The prospective groom is the grandson of Mary Lou Dean of Waterford and the late B.B. Sims and Lizzie Davis of Holly Springs. He is a graduate of Holly Springs High School and Mississippi State University with a Masters from Dallas Baptist University. He is an educator at Drug Prevention Resources, Inc. The wedding will be held July 29, 2006 at Chulahoma MB Church in Holly Springs at 3 p.m. All family and friends are cordially invited to attend. Jamie Overall and David Whaley Jr. to wed in August 4 ceremony at First Baptist Church Mr. and Mrs. Rex Overall are proud to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter Jamie Elizabeth Overall to David Kyle Whaley Jr. Jamie is the daughter of Rex and Beth Overall of Potts Camp. Her grandparents are Jimmy Gurley, the late Mrs. Donnie Gurley, the late Ann Feathers, Roy Overall Jr. and the late Kathryn Wren Overall, all of Potts Camp. Jamie is a 2003 graduate of Potts Camp High School and 2005 graduate of Northwest Community College with an Associate of Applied Science Degree. She is employed by Health 1st in Byhalia. Kyle is the son of David and Joyce Whaley of Potts Camp. His grandparents are Mrs. Mamie Whaley, the late Jobie Whaley, the late John Hale and the late Mrs. Mary Hale, all of Potts Camp. Kyle is a 1994 graduate of Potts Camp High School. He attended Northwest Community College for two years. He is employed by D and J Farms in Potts Camp. The couple will exchange vows on Aug. 4 at 7 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Potts Camp. All family and friends are invited to attend. LaToya Anderson and Eric Watson to wed Saturday at Concord MB Church Mable Young Anderson requests the honor of your presence at the wedding of her daughter, LaToya Letrice Anderson to Eric Terrell Watson, son of Franklin Watson and Katrina Moore Watson. LaToya is the daughter of the late Leory Anderson. The wedding will be held at 4 p.m. on July 22, 2006 at Concord MB Church, 825 Concord Rd., in Lamar. A reception will immediately follow. Couple say vows July 1 at Galena Plantation Mr. and Mrs. William R. Bailey proudly announce the marriage of their daughter, Billi Jo, to David Andrew Busby. The wedding took place Saturday, July 1 at Galena Plantation outside of Holly Springs. Rev. Don Wilson officiated. The reception followed at the home of the bride’s parents. B.J. is the granddaughter of Kay Watkins of Olive Branch, Frances Whitaker of Nesbit, the late Joe Watkins of Red Banks, the late Jack Hoback of Memphis, and the late Bruner Bailey of Whitehaven. She is a certified pharmacy technician and plans to resume her studies this fall. Andy is the son of Charles L. Busby of Independence and Deanna Busby of Olive Branch. His grandparents are Charles and Edith Busby of Independence, Jim Beavers and Minyoun Beavers of Olive Branch. Andy recently returned from a tour of duty in Iraq with the 155th National Guard Unit. He is employed at Central Woodwork in Collierville and also plans to resume his studies this fall. After returning from their honeymoon, the couple have made their home in Independence. They wish to thank Rev. Don Wilson, Mr. and Mrs. W.O. Fitch, Lisa Cole and many family and friends who helped make this a memorable occasion.
