The Marshall County Planning Commission will meet for their regularly scheduled meeting on Thurs., July 13, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. in the Zoning Office at 590 Old Hwy 78 East, Holly Springs, MS. The public is invited to attend. The following requests will be on the agenda: Item 1: Raymond D. Smith owns Lot #s 41 and 44 of Warsaw East Farms Subdivision. He is requesting to be allowed to subdivide into three (3) lots. If allowed, he wants to sell 1.5 acres of Lot # 41 (3.01 acres), which is the front part that faces St. Paul Road, and add back part of Lot # 41 to Lot # 44 (which will make a total of 4.36 acres), then split Lot # 44 equally (Lot # 44 faces Sandidige Road).
