SocietyCity Personals Congratulations to Trey Fitch on his recent graduation from Collierville HS Congratulations to Trey Fitch, son of Beverly Fitch of Olive Branch and Jerry Fitch of Collierville, on graduating from Collierville High School. Graduation was Saturday night at the Pyramid in downtown Memphis. Becky Cupp, Billy Cupp, Jr., Walker and Heather Cupp and children, Lexi and Cade, and Christopher Cupp all attended. Tammy Cupp attended the graduation of her neice, Danielle Fultz, in Atlanta, Ga., last week Martha Coghlin of Pelahatchie, visited over the holiday weekend with her daughter, Kathy Elgin, and her family, Steve, Emma and Steven. Kathy’s nephew, Walker Coghlin, also of Pelahatchie, spent time with the Elgins. He was born on April 3, 2006 at 9:35 p.m. weighing eight pounds, 13 ounces and measuring 21.5 inches long. He was born at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. He is welcomed by one brother, Colin Byrd, maternal grandparents, John and Edith Horgan, and paternal grandparents, Terry and Gail Holmes. Stephanie Stewart to wed Glen Kohliem II on June 17 ceremony at Christ Temple Iretta Stewart of Holly Springs and Stanley Stewart of Olive Branch announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Stephanie Katrina Stewart to Glen Hedrick Kohliem II, son of Glen and Cynthia Kohliem of Red Hill. Stephanie is a 2001 graduate of Holly Springs High School and a May 2006 graduate of the University of Mississippi, where she received a degree in elementary education. Glen is a 2003 graduate of Saltillo High School. He is currently attending the University of Mississippi, pursuing a degree in forensic chemistry. The wedding ceremony will be held on June 17, 2006 at 3 p.m. at Christ Temple Church of God in Christ in Holly Springs. A reception will be held at the Oak Palace in Holly Springs. All family and friends are cordially invited to attend. Lani Carpenter to wed Everette West IV on June 10 Mr. and Mrs. Larry Carpenter Jr. of Mt. Pleasant announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lanie Camille to Everette Dean West IV, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dean West of Red Banks. The couple will exchange vows on June 10, 2006 at 7 p.m. at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Owen. Rev. Wayne McCord will officiate. All family and friends are invited to attend. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Homan Snow of Collierville, Tenn., Larry Carpenter Sr. of Mt. Pleasant and the late Dorothy Carpenter. She is a home school graduate and is currently enrolled at Northwest Mississippi Community College, where she will begin the nursing program in the fall. The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Julian Pierce Sr. of Mt. Pleasant, Everette Dean West of Red Banks and the late Sarah West. He is a graduate of Marshall Academy and Northwest Mississippi Community College, where he received a degree in civil engineering. He is currently employed as a surveyor with Ellers, Oakley, Chester and Rike Engineering in Memphis, Tenn. After a honeymoon, the couple will make their home in Mt. Pleasant. Kicki Settles and Chad Jones to wed June 17 at Mt. Pisgah Kicki Settles and Albert (Chad) Jones, both of Memphis, Tenn. will unite in marriage on June 17, 2006 at Mt. Pisgah CME Church in Cayce. A reception will immediately follow in the fellowship hall. Minister Ladaryl Odum will officiate. Kicki is the daughter of Rev. Robert Odum of Cayce and Shirley Settles of Collierville, Tenn.. She is the granddaughter of the late Roosevelt Brooks and Ernestine Webb Brooks of Byhalia and Alma Hardwell of Memphis, Tenn; the great-granddaughter of Christine Settles of Collierville, Tenn. and Lucille Webb of Byhalia. She is a graduate of Collierville High School and Crichton College. She is a sixth grade teacher at Hawkins Mill Elementary School in Memphis and a phlebotomist at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis. Albert is the son of Sarah Jones of Memphis, Tenn. and the grandson of the late Atlene Marion Jones of Potts Camp. He is currently attending Vatterott College pursuing a career in heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Couple to wed June 3 Tikesha Yvette Washington and Micheal Wayne Kimmons will be united in marriage on June 3, 2006. Tikesha is the daughter of Raymond and Carolyn Hampton of Ashland and Wendell and Paula Cathey of Ft. Leavenworth, Kan. She is the granddaughter of Verdia Cathey of Ashland and the late Clarence Cathey Jr. and James and Pearlie Washington of Ashland. She is a 1998 graduate of Ashland High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in family and consumer science. She is currently employed with Primrose School as a pre-kindergarten teacher in Huntsville, Ala. Micheal is the son of Junior Kimmons of Ashland and the late Autheretta Kimmons. He is the grandson of the late Claude and Bettie Williams of Ashland and the late Curtis and Maude Kimmons of Holly Springs. Micheal attended Ashland High School and is currently employed with Ashley Furniture Co. in Huntsville, Ala. Tikesha and Micheal will exchange vows on June 3 at Greenwood MB Church in Ashland. Heather Talley and Charles McClure to wed June 10 at First Baptist Church in Byhalia Phillip Talley of Byhalia announces the forthcoming marriage of his daughter, Heather Lindsay Talley of Byhalia to Charles Russell McClure of Byhalia, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rusty McClure of Byhalia and Tina McClure of Belton, Mo. Heather is the granddaughter of Louise Webb of Byhalia and Racheal Lindsey of Memphis, Tenn. She is a graduate of Marshall Academy and the University of Mississippi with a BA in elementary education. Charles is the grandson of Doris McClure of Byhalia and the late Jack McClure; Bill Scarbrough of Byhalia and the late Jane Scarbrough; Arlene Holobar of Belton, Mo.; Jean Marie Donaldson of Horn Lake and the late Melvin Donaldson. He is a graduate of Byhalia High School and Northwest Mississippi Community College with an associate degree in business. He is employed as a trim carpenter in Collierville, Tenn.
