The general scope of the Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Plan, Marshall County, Mississippi, 2006, is outlined as follows: The Redevelopment Plan is to be implemented by Marshall County. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REZONE R-E TO I-1 The Marshall County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during their regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, June 8, 2006, at the Marshall County Zoning and Planning Office at 590 Highway 178 East, Holly Springs, Mississippi. The Commission will hear a rezoning request from Mr. Joel H. Porter to rezone his property (188-27-5 and 187-26-7) from Residential Estate (R-E) to Industrial 1 (I-1) and include it in the Chickasaw Trail Industrial Park.
