Pleasant, honored long time member Morris (Honey-Dump) Jowers on his 91st Birthday. Mr. Jowers is a wonderful asset to his church and his community. Springs News Hopewell No. 1 celebrates anniversary Easter weekend was celebrated by people in Holly Springs. We were so happy to have had part of our college students home for Easter weekend from Jackson State, Alcorn State, Mississippi State, University of Mississippi, Northwest Community College and military personnel from bases in the United States. Hopewell No. 1 Church celebrated their 138th anniversary March 26. Macedonia Baptist Church of Memphis was our guest. Mrs. Genetha Smith, daughter and two sons spent Easter weekend in Detroit visiting their brother, uncle and great-uncle John Jackson. Holly Springs Marshall County Baptist Association Board met Saturday, April 15. Henderson Milan celebrated his birthday Saturday, April 22 with a lunch at Cousin Cafeteria. Report News:
