Holy Family School Family Fun Night

Holy Family School will host their second annual Family Fun Night & Draw Down Raffle on Friday, April 21 at 6 p.m. Come out and enjoy bingo, face painting, Go Fish and the raffle ticket drawing! In addition, there will be the students vs. staff and parents basketball game starting at 6:30 p.m. Don’t worry about cooking dinner because you will be able to purchase a spaghetti dinner for $5 during the Family Fun Night.

Here’s how the Draw Down works...

The first ticket drawn will win $100. The last ticket drawn will win the Grand Prize of $1,000. The second prize winner will win $250 and the third prize winner will win $100. Every 100th ticket drawn will have the opportunity to win $25. Tickets for the Drawn Down will also be available to purchase before the drawing takes place that night. Tickets are only $10. Please come out and support this worthwhile event and see all of the great things that are happening at Holy Family School!

HS Intermediate School news

Holly Springs Intermediate school will send home progress reports on Wednesday, April 12. Parents, bring those progress reports by the Parent Center to check out free educational materials to help your child at home.

Holly Springs Intermediate School’s Honor Roll Program will be held Wednesday, April 12 in the gym. Third and fourth grade program at 8:30 a.m. Fifth and sixth grade program at 10 a.m.

Holly Springs Intermediate School will hold a MCT Pep Rally on Wednesday, April 12 from 5 p.m until 6 p.m. in the gym. Sharon White will be the motivational speaker. HSIS Band will perform. Students whose parents attend will receive an ice cream treat. Parents, community supporters and students are invited to attend.

Holly Springs Intermediate School will be closed Good Friday and Good Monday for the Easter holiday. School will resume on Tuesday, April 18.

Registration set

Mary Reid School announces kindergarten registration for the 2006-07 school year.

Kindergarten registration is set for April 25 from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. and April 27 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Requirements to register include a copy of the child’s birth certificate, social security card, two proofs of residency and shot record Form 121.
