Kudzu Klassic Barrel Series April 8

The Marshall County Fair Association proudly presents the Kudzu Klassic 4-D Barrel Race Series.

April 8 will be the make-up date for the Feb. 18 cancellation. this is the last race of the series. The other event dates were Jan. 14, Feb. 14, Feb. 18 and March 4 at the Marshall County Fairgrounds, 1569 Hwy 7 N, Holly Springs.

This barrel series is a Mississippi and Tennessee IBRA sanctioned event. The Class List is: (1) trainer barrels begins at 9 a.m., $4 entry; (2) pee-wee barrels (6 and under) begins at 12 noon, $5 entry; (3) pony barrels (12 and under) $6 entry; (4) youth 3-D barrels (17 and under) $15 entry, 4-D with 100-plus riders; (5) adult 3-D barrels (18 and over) $18 entry, 4-D with 100-plus riders; (6) open barrels (open to all ages) $20 entry. Added money each race in youth, adult and open.

Family membership for series is $15 (husband, wife and kids). Single membership for series is $15. Must be a member to qualify for End of Series Awards. Must be a member for at least three of the races. Must ride in three out of four shows to qualify for End of Series Awards. Gates open at 8 a.m. Gate fee is $5 per vehicle.

There will be a 70/30 payout. There must be at least 30 riders per class to add money.

Negative Coggins is required. Dogs and alcohol will not be allowed.
