Main Street of Sardis, presents Social Security, a comedy play whose setting is in New York in the 1980s. This Broadway hit was written by well-known writer Andrew Bergman and is directed by Victor Henson of Sardis. The cast consists of actors who are from several communities in North Mississippi, and it includes Phillip Frazier of Senatobia and Ashley Hawkins of Hernando. The March 30-April 2, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday performances are at 7:30; the Sunday matinee is at 2:30. Tickets range from $5 to $12 and can be purchased at the door or in advance.
